Currently, short codes are automatically generated to ensure uniqueness and availability. Each code is 6 characters long, making them easy to share and remember.

Yes, to maintain service quality:

• Free URLs: Expire after 30 days
• Paid URLs: Valid for 365 days from creation

You'll receive email notifications before your URLs expire.

You can renew URLs from the "Expiring URLs" section in your dashboard:

• Select the URLs you want to renew
• Click "Renew Selected"
• Each renewal uses 1 URL slot and extends validity by 365 days

There's a 30-day grace period after expiration during which you can still renew.

You can enable auto-renewal for important URLs. When enabled, the URL will automatically be renewed using an available slot from your account before it expires. Enable this in the URL edit modal.
